How much does it cost and what size painting will I receive?

You can transform your picture or photo into an heirloom painting or portrait for as little as $600. Sizes of the completed artwork begin at 12 x 16. Prices vary depending on the number of subjects to be included and type of portrait you wish. Please call for a free quote!

How long does it take?

From the time you place your order, to the time that you receive your painting, it normally takes 4-6 weeks. Holidays run 6-8 weeks.

Are the paintings really hand-painted or digitally produced?

All of our art is hand-painted directly from the photo that you give us.

Can the photos be altered in anyway?

The photos can be changed in ways i.e. backgrounds removed, change the color of clothing, etc.

Can you take two images and combine them?

Yes it can be done, however, we really like to try and create the painting from one photo so the image you are wanting will be the image you will receive.

What type of images do you accept?

We can reproduce any type of image whether it be from a photo that you take, a poster, an old masterpiece, an image from the Internet, postcards, almost any source.

Can I email you an image?

Absolutely! You can email an image, mail it or hand-deliver it.

Is the deposit refundable?

In the contract that you will sign and agree to, it states that the 50% deposit of the purchase price is non-refundable. This covers the artists' costs, shipping fees, etc.

If I don't like my art, will I receive a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your painting, we can have the artists fix the problem that you have with the painting at no additional expense to you.

Do you do framing?

Yes! Contact us directly concerning the different types of frames available for your new artwork.

Are overseas orders accepted?

Yes! However, orders to be shipped out of the United States are limited to oil reproductions only. Pastel and charcoal artwork by its very nature is too fragile to make such a journey.

Can I pay extra for a rush order?

Please understand that 4-6 weeks is the fastest the artists can produce a painting and have the quality you want.
